Any vegetables you want (cauliflower, broccoli, potato, zucchini, pepper)
Your favourite seasonings
2 – 2,5 glasses of semolina
1. Chop the vegetables, put into boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes.
2. Heat up the oil in a deep frying pan. Add the semolina and roast it until it gets brown.
3. Pour the roasted semolina and the seasonings into the vegetables, reduce the heat and cook in the cover pot for a few minutes, stir occasionally.
