1/2 glass rice
1 ½ glass boiling water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
one handful of raisins, nuts, desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon brown sugar
a few cardamom pots
one inch cinnamon stick
one inch vanilla stick
one banana, sliced
Method:
1. In a deep frying pan or a saucepan heat up the oil. Add rice, spices, raisins, nuts, coconut, sugar, cannamon stick, cardamom pots and vanilla seeds.
2. Roast for a moment. Add the boiling water. Set over low heat. Cook for about 20 minutes until the rice is soft.
3. Set aside, add the banana and mix.
4. Serve with yogurt.
