You need:
1,5 cup plain flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1-2 tablespoons oil
0,5 cup warm water
a pinch of sugar and salt
1 teapoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoons sugar
a bar of dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
fresh fruit
Method:
1. Combine the yeast and water in a bowl. Mix precisely. Add flour, oil, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder, and mix until smooth. Place the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes and let it rise. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll.
2. Heat up the coconut oil in a saucepan. Add the chocolate, melt, add sugar and mix precisely. Spread the chocolate sauce on the rolled dough.
3. Cut the fruit and place on top of the pizzas.
4. Bake the pizzas in 200˚C for 10 minutes.
