You can eat this jam with sandwiches, waffles, pancakes and whatever you want. I always choose the ripest fruit that is very soft and doesn’t need to be cooked long.
You need:
10 kiwi fruit
5 mangos
3 bananas
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1. Chop kiwi fruits, mangos and bananas finely and put them into a pot or a deep frying pan. Add a spoon of sugar.
Cook it in the covered dish and stir from time to time.
2. Now you can try the fruit and sweeten it up if you wish. It’s easy to make the jam too sweet so don’t put all of the sugar at once.
3. When the mixture goes mushy and smooth, take off the lid. Keep cooking the fruit over a low heat until it thickens.
4. Put the ready jam into sterilized jars.
