Dill soup is one of my favourites. It is unimaginably easy to cook. You may do it with your eyes shut, even if you are an average cook.
As the taste of the dill isn't too strong in this dish, you might want to add more of the herb to make the taste more intense.

You need:
1,5 - 2 litres vegetable stock
a good-sized bunch fresh dill, chopped
250 ml plant cream
salt and pepper
Method:
1. Heat up the vegetable stock. When hot, add the dill and the cream. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve with pasta, rice or cooked potatoes.
