As the taste of the dill isn't too strong in this dish, you might want to add more of the herb to make the taste more intense.
1,5 - 2 litres vegetable stock
a good-sized bunch fresh dill, chopped
250 ml plant cream
salt and pepper
1. Heat up the vegetable stock. When hot, add the dill and the cream. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve with pasta, rice or cooked potatoes.
