You need:
2 cups oats
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons oil
1 cup soya milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1. Heat up the oil in a deep frying pan. Add the oats and roast.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Fill a baking tin with the mixture.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes in 180 degrees.
