1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 big tomatoes, chopped
4 peppers (red, green, yellow or mixed), chopped
1 chili pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 glasses red split lentils
2 teaspoons curry powder
salt and pepper
1. Put the cauliflower and the lentils into a pot, bring to the boil and cook.
2. Sauté the onion and all the peppers, put into the pot.
3. Combine tomatoes and the seasonings with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Cook until all the ingredients are tender.
