You need:
1 kg tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon salt
1. Place the tomatoes in a pan and cook until smooth.
2. Add the sugar.
3. Fry cumin, turmeric, cinnamon in the oil. Add to the tomatoes.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
