Vegan ice cream is very easy to prepare at home. You need only few ingredients, a food processor, a freezer, and a little bit of patience when you're waiting for your ice cream to freeze. I really enjoy making it by myself, adding different fruit every time.
1 cup cashew nuts, soaked in water for a couple of hours
1 cup strawberries
0,5 cup sugar or agave nectar
1 cup plant milk
1. Drain the cashews. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place the mixture in a food container. Freeze for at least 2 hours in a freezer.
