1 cup dried black beans, soaked overnight before cooking
1 big red pepper, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1 can green peas, drained
1,5 can corn, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1. Cook black beans until tender (approx. 1,5h) and drain.
2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.
