I adore it.
1 cup cashew nuts, soaked for at least two hours
0,5 cup plant milk
2 handfuls grated radish
1 hanful chive, finely chopped
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain the cashew nuts, place in a food processor, add the milk and blend until smooth.
2. Mix the cashew mixture with the remaining ingredients.
3. Serve as a dip or with bread.
