As it is quite difficult to find sweets suitable for me (the great majority of them contains milk or eggs), I am left to my own devices. Here are home baked oat cookies with coconut and raisins but you can add whatever you like.
You need:
2 cups oats
½ cup sugar
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons oil
1 cup soya milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup raisins
¾ cup desiccated coconut
1. Heat up the oil in a deep frying pan. Add the oats and roast them.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Put a piece of baking paper into a baking tray. Take small pieces of the mixture and roll into golf-sized balls. Place the balls on the baking tray and flatten them.
4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes.
