Sometimes I am being asked: „what do you eat for breakfast?” The answer is: “many different foods”. I can do without scrambled eggs, cheese sandwich or bacon. My breakfast is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and it isn’t fatty. Today I had porridge and some fruit.
2 cups porridge oats
1 cup hot water
1 cup soya milk
1 handful of: brown linseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sliced blanched almonds, desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons brown sugar
I combined hot water with porridge oats in a saucepan. I added the rest of the ingredients and warmed everything up.
