You need:
200g baby mashrooms
fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Method:
1. Wash the mushrooms and drain.
2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix.
3. Marinate in a fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Serve on toast.
