You need:
0,5 cup almonds
0,5 cup hazelnuts
0,5 walnuts
0,25 cup pumpkin seeds
0,25 cup sunflower seeds
0,5 cup sesame seeds
2 cups oats
0,5 - 0,75 cup agave syrup (or golden syrup, maple syrup)
1 - 1,5 bar dark chocolate
a pinch of cinnamon powder
Method:
1. Mix all the nuts and seeds in a big bowl.
2. Add the syrup and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly so all the ingredients are evenly covered.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes in 175ºC.
5. After the granola cools, add chopped chocolate, mix, and place in a jar.
