500g sauerkraut
1kg mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
500g lazanki pasta, cooked (or any type of pasta)
dried marjoram
salt and pepper
oil
1. Cook the sauerkraut until tender.
2. Sauté the onion, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
3. In a big pot combine sauerkraut, mushrooms with onion, pasta and plenty of marjoram, salt and pepper.
4. Serve hot.
