3-4 ripe bananas
¼ cup oil
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup soya milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
100g dark chocolate drops
1. In a bowl mash the bananas with fork and add oil.
2. In another bowl combine together flour, sugar, milk, salt, soda and chocolate drops.
3. Combine two mixtures together.
4. Fill a muffin pan with batter, about ¾ full.
5. Bake for 30 minutes in 180 degrees.
